An example of this is a certified care worker.

  • P0001:Photo 1 leaf Reference(Prepared by Applicant)
    • Please submit in jpg format (maximum size: 50Kb).
    • If the applicant is under 16 years of age, this document will NOT be required.
  • P0053:Care worker registration certificate (copy) 1 copy(Prepared by Applicant)
    • P0004:One document specifying the working conditions issued to the worker based on Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Labor Standards Act and Article 5 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act.(Prepared by Applicant)
      • Please submit this as a document proving that you will receive remuneration equal to or greater than the remuneration that a Japanese person would receive if engaged in the work (Landing Permit Criteria).
    • P0003:1 document clarifying the details of the applicant's activities at the place of dispatch (notification of working conditions (employment contract), etc.)(Prepared by Organization)
      • Please submit this if the applicant is a dispatchee.
    • P0054:One guidebook containing detailed information on the company's history, officers, organization, business content, etc.(Prepared by Organization)
      • Please submit it as proof that you are eligible for the status of residence. Please submit either this document or P0055.
    • P0055:One document similar to P0054 above prepared by other workplaces, etc.(Prepared by Organization)
      • Please submit it as proof that you are eligible for the status of residence. Please submit either this document or P0054.
    • P0056:Declaration regarding skill transfer Reference(Prepared by Applicant)
      • If previously resided in Japan with the residence status of "Technical Intern Training", this document will be required.
    Question

    When our office apply on behalf of foreign national, we will interview him/her with the following questions.

    • Were you engaged in activities consistent with your current status of residence?
    • Have you never been arrested or received any criminal penalties for violating the laws of our country? Or have you never done such an act?
    • Do you have National Health Insurance or Social Insurance? (Note) Failure to present your health insurance card will not disqualify you from changing your status of residence or extending your period of stay.
    • Is the applicant not a burden on the public in his or her daily life, and is the applicant expected to have a stable life in the future based on his or her assets or skills? (household unit)
    • Have you ever received a recommendation from a labor standards inspection agency for violating labor-related laws and regulations?
    • Are you fulfilling your tax obligations such as income tax and resident tax?
    • Are you fulfilling the notification obligations stipulated by the Immigration Control Act? (Notification regarding information on residence card, notification regarding affiliated organization, etc.)
