Activities listed in the "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" section of Appendix 1-2 of the Immigration Control Act conducted by employees of a foreign office of a public or private organization that has a head office, branch office or other office in Japan who are transferred to a Japanese office for a fixed period of time.
An example of this would be someone transferred from a foreign business establishment.
